AGM

Next RGSFC AGM Meeting, pertaining to the period Sept 1, 2024-Aug 31, 2025 will be scheduled on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

As an incorporated entity, the Club is obligated to have an AGM annually in order to continue to function legally. The AGM serves to present members with financial statements, appoint auditors, elect officers, etc. Since the By-laws require the AGM to have 10% of its members present,  Members are encouraged to register for this AGM meeting or send in a proxy which will count towards the quorum. 

Registration: Only Members can register prior to the meeting. To register for the AGM, send an email to Charles Corey at rgsfcvp@gmail.com. Include your name and membership number.

Attendance by proxy is permitted if members are not able to attend a Club meeting. Print a Proxy Form 2025 to complete and sign the form. The completed form can either be scanned into the computer or a picture taken with a cell phone. In either case, the completed proxy document can be attached to an email and sent to:  Charles Corey at rgsfcvp@gmail.com.  Email the proxy at least 48 hours prior to the AGM meeting.
